    Not yet, but all researchers are focusing on rebuilding the lung through proper repair. It seems the best way to do this is to stimulate cells to recreate lung and small airways. Stem-cells are being experimented on in animals, but they won't be available for at least a decade. We still don't know how effective they'll be in humans and therefore, as we are only in the experimentation stage, don't expect stem-cells to be around within the next 10 years.
