I’m 27 years old and I used to work in a store for 12 hours and sit on a bottle crate with foam on it. I did this work for 1.5 years. After that, I started driving long hours. Nowadays, when I sit for a bit too long I feel a lot of pain in my hip bone and sometimes it's hard to stand up. But when I walk, run and do any activity there is no pain.
I used to go to a chiropractor and he said your posture is not right. My health insurance doesn't cover chiropractic so after some time I stopped going there.
I need suggestions for this, what should I do?
