I have nerve pain in my lower back, pelvis, pubic bone and groin. I can’t stand, sit or walk for too long. I also have the shakes and at times can’t hold my head up. I grind my teeth at night and my neck aches a lot. I have scoliosis of the spine.
Strained my shoulder 16 months ago, collarbone keeps moving out of place and ribs moving onto sternum. Causes chest, neck & jaw pain. How can I prevent/fix this?
