    Herniated disk lumber 3

MVA 1984 hairline fractures transverse process lumbar 1 left pubic rami and a cervical body. Recent MRI for gallbladder revealed a herniated L3. Symptoms are diverse but specifically a shortness of breath since the original MVA. When I have had movement in this area strong chiropractic I have noticed increased ability to inhale. History of congenital cervical fusion, asthma, but could run a half marathon, before MVA, after too much spinal pain, some arthritis, definitive ligament injuries associated with the above and others. Currently, intermittent severe cramping predominantly left leg, some right leg, facets appear normal and induction test normal. Be warned, I have multiple injuries on and associated with the spine. And possibly a trauma around the sacroiliac. Who is good for an opinion? I do recognise surgery may not be my best option.
