Tuesday Pump (weights) or cycling 45 minutes (class) Wednesday Combat Thursday Boxing (some Thursdays I have day off) Friday Tabata (high intensity interval training 8sets each 20-30sec) 60 minutes. Saturday Aerobics 60 minutes Sunday Pump (weights) 60 minutes I work in office but often walking around, weekends I hike, bike ride. BUT I'm STILL PLATEAUING please advise what I'm doing wrong.
