    What is causing my severe chest pain and painful chest jolts?

    I'm a 23 year old female and am obese. I have had heart pain for several months along with very painful jolts in my chest, with chest burning sensations, random uncontrollable anxiety and problems with my eyesight and memory and disorientating headaches. Along with that a irregular heart rhythm, painful throbbing over my chest. GI issues and a very unusual sensation in my chest. The sensation is like blood pulled up inside. It will move if I move and feels like it is turning over and "oozing". Like a lava lamp. It's very uncomfortable. The tests I have had done were a lung ct in May, some ecg's, abdominal ultrasound in June and some blood tests. (Not sure on all). I don't find pain killers helpful.
