There is no restriction on diet after surgery and often, you can eat what you wish. Some people do have a period of adaption, where eating food containing high portions of fat (fast food, cheesy food, food rich in oil, butter, etc.) will experience abdominal cramps, flatulence or loose frequent bowel actions. This is usually temporary.
