    Problems after cataract surgery

    Related Topic
I had uncomplicated cataract surgery on one eye on 18 May. My vision was perfect for 7 days after surgery then at the post-op appointment dilating eyedrops were splashed into both eyes. From that day I've had severe positive dysphotopsia at night in both eyes. The unoperated eye has multiple vision and haloes. The operated eye has a blurry double vision of bright objects eg the moon and streaks of light emanating from bright objects. Can these problems have been caused by adverse reaction to Mydriacil eye drops? I am extremely sensitive to medications and am a 73-year-old female.
