    Are there any other steps to prevent glaucoma than eye drops

    my friend was told she has the begining of glaucoma but took the drops and became very ill. she says she just can not take the drops. Are there any other ways to slow it down? Natural remedies eg; acupuncture or herbs etc or any other medications?
