    Leg pain in 3 areas

Hi, I have pain in my upper right foot which is constant, not severe, big toe, tingling sharp pain in the right front thigh which comes and goes. I also have issues with my knees but have been told by a physio that my knee issues are not related to my leg and foot pain. I have also got pain on just below the right side of my right knee going down the leg. This is sharp and painful, especially when going down steps. I also have slight lower back pain not sure if this is related. I have also been seeing a podiatrist for 5 years. I wear orthotics, and have had my right orthotic adjusted to alleviate the right foot pain, I thought this was helping. The right knee pain has improved since the orthotics have been adjusted. Could there be a diagnosis for my symptoms?
