    Why am I so lightheaded all the time?

    I'm a 22 year old male and I've been experiencing pretty much constant lightheadedness for nearly a year after being punched in the head (around my left ear)

    I've been to a few doctors who put it down as anxiety, even though I was never anxious before I had these symptoms.

    I've been to a cardiologist who has done every test he could think of, and it all came back fine.

    I've read online that some ear/eye problems can cause the symptoms that I've been having, but every time I mention it to a doctor, they say that's not it (without testing or doing anything) or just flat out refuse to do anything.

    This is severely impacting my every day life, I've had to limit a lot of the things I do because I get to light-headed while doing it.

    I also get pain in my ears and ringing/blowing sounds, along with headaches.

    The symptoms you are describing and their severe impact on your life and work justify a review by an ear, nose, throat (ENT) specialist (otolaryngologist). If you cannot find a GP to refer you, then try the local hospital outpatients or emergency departments.
