    Hi,
In your headache diary you should, for each day write down if you had a headache (and how many if there was more than one), which area of your head you felt the pain in, how severe it was on a scale of 1-10, how long it lasted, and leave a section clear of other miscellaneous facts (i.e. did you have pain elsewhere at the same time? Were you sensitive to light or sound? Can you think of anything that caused it? Is it the same as your usual headaches? Did you have an aura or feeling that the headache would come one before having the headache?).

    Hope this helps,
