    Rest is usually the best thing for this. Then we look at strengthening and stretching. It depends on where the injury is.
    Specifically students and office workers can get really bad wrists from continuously writing and keyboard use,students particularly heading towards their final exams.
    So we look at resting and then stretching and strengthening exercises.
