I have about 26mm long mid LAD muscle bridge due to which non-calcified plaque build up proximal to bridge and the current state of this blockage is mild.
As I am a very active person, the question I wanted to ask is whether normal exercise and daily routine activities are permitted for people with myocardial bridging. Getting your heart rate low vs exercise are two opposite things and can be confusing.
