I had a severe bout in August have been treated by physios apparently I have the downbeating eye movements, I am not spinning at the moment, but have dizziness, off balance and general bad feeling when I put my head back when I lean forward and roll to the left or move my head to the left I have been doing deep head hanging and every movement and am not getting any better I am also doing vestibular rehab I also have an arachnoid cyst on my 8th nerve on the right side they said 20 yrs ago it doesn't affect it but with new research done I am still wondering about this. Please help me feel normal so I can go back to work.
