    Tachycardia

I am a 29-year-old male. Born with aortic stenosis and had AVR at age 18 with ATS Ap valve and am on warfarin ever since. Arrhythmias started to occur at age 25 (Is this due to scar tissue on the heart?), but they were only PVC's at the time and cardiologist didn't worry. However, 2 years ago, when I was totally relaxed on a chair, I had a run of tachycardia for 5 seconds, this made me very anxious. The cardiologist said it could be ventricular or supraventricular and there's no way to tell. However given my echo has always been normal, he will bet his money that the arrhythmia's all came from the "left outflow tract" where I had my open heart surgery. 2 days ago, after badminton, I went home, showered, sat down, then tachycardia came again(2nd time in my life) and no symptoms apart from fast beating, only lasted 5 seconds max. But I am just very anxious. Is this most likely supraventricular? If the heart is normal on echo, is there anything to worry? Is this suggesting my heart failing?
