CAN OSTEOMA ABUTTING MASTOID BE CAUSING VERTIGO JAW/EAR PAIN/HEADACHE?

Hi I have an osteoma on the left side of my temporal bone, abutting mastoid air cells. Could this possibly be caused by: Vertigo (particularly when turning left, actually feels like inside of head comes after head turned) Dizziness (unbalanced when standing up and walk on occasions) Jaw/inner ear pain and headache? All on left side of skull/head. Dizziness & vertigo intense, but usually short. I live in a remote area and won't see an ENT until next month. I fear that recently given medication (it assists with pain and vertigo, as taking in increasing doses) will only be masking symptoms and ultimately need to deal with the issue, likely through private ENT. MRI has shown no identifier for symptoms. Can anyone give advice on particular question mastoid? And/or can anyone recommend an ENT who may be recommended to contact in relation to getting an opinion on the issue? Your advice is sincerely appreciated as affecting ability to work/concentrate/drive/life. Thanks Val
