My doctor has told me I have a salicylate sensitivity and has given me a diet sheet of foods to avoid and I have to stop taking some of my medications. Is it the medications that contain the salicylates and the food reacts or does the food also cause a problem? Is this a permanent condition or just temporary? I have to see him again in 3 months.
