If scans are negative and medication isn't working i would question whether your pain is musculo-skeletal in nature (muscular imbalance). Questions to ask: Is the pain one side or both? Is it worse with deep breathing? Does movement reproduce your pain? Is there anything that may have triggered the onset of your pain? Do you or did you have a recent bout of a cough? Feel free to email me or call our practice if you would like to discuss this further over the phone.
