Cervical Radiculopathy + Snapping Scapula, are they related?

Hello, I am a fit, active 33yo male who for the past 18 months has been suffering from an MRI confirmed case of cervical radiculopathy. It causes pain in my right side upper front chest area, increasing sharply whenever I look to the left and then up. I saw Chiropractors and Physios without any improvement, then finally saw an acupuncturist and after a few sessions on my neck, the pain went away. However in the last 6 months it has come back and now in addition, I have what I believe is a snapping scapula only on my right side. I can consistently and easily reproduce the "snapping" and "grinding" sensation and it is very heavy and loud. I have been back to the same acupuncturist but he has been unable to treat the scapula problem. I am very desperate and don't know who to turn to as it seems I have tried all types of treatment without any success. No injuries in sport (soccer + basketball) that led to this condition. I am thinking about trying an Osteopath.
