my TSH has risen from 1.90 to 3.94 on 0.40-5.00 scale. My at rest metabolism is 633. I am eating a 1000 cal diet and do a lot of walking, pilates, weights. I am about 10 Kg overweight and I cannot lessen it. My free T4 is 12.3 on 10-20 scale. I am very tired. What can I do to fix this.
I have recently been told I have high prolactin and am being referred to an endocrinologist. Wondering what an endocrinologist is and can high prolactin levels be dangerous
