Bowen Therapy offers a hands on approach to treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Bowen therapist use gentle cross fibre “moves” to promote connective tissue release via the nervous system.

As Bowen therapists take a holistic approach, most will apply Bowen moves to the back and neck before addressing the shoulder, arm and wrist.

You should notice a reduction of pain immediately after 1 treatment.

However, as with any Bowen treatment, each person's response is different.  Most therapists recommend a series of treatments approximately 1 week apart.

Personally I recommend 3 treatments, provided your pain is reduced +/or movement increased after the first treatment.
