What could be causing my chest tightness?

I feel like a knot in my chest and stabbing pain down my right side near my belly button. I have had 1 hospital visit, 1 endoscopy including 6 byopsies, 1 xray, 2 sets of bloods taken and a stress test and nothing shows up. I am to see a gastro specialist but that is in 8 weeks. What can I do in the meantime as I am in pain. -
