There are some oils which are beneficial to help treating eczema - however usually they are best applied after being added to a base cream.  Pure oils can sometimes burn the sensitive skin of eczema sufferers.  It is important to always patch test a new product on a small area of skin and leave for 24 hours before applying to a larger area.
