Suggestions how to log glucose readings?

Hi everyone, I'm a newly diagnosed diabetic and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to log their readings (glucose, blood pressure, insulin dosages, exercise, diet, etc).

Do you write it down? Use excel? I have also heard there are phone apps doing this?
    Thanks!

Hi the meter that I have I contacted the company for new batteries and they also had software that I could install on my computer and a cable to plug into the device to my computer I am now able to download my readings into a spreadsheet and print it out when I visit my endocologist.  Maybe you can contact the company that makes your meter and see if they provide the same service.
