    A cataract forms in the lens of the eye such that it becomes cloudy and prevents clear vision.

    Glaucoma is a coplex disease with many causes ,essentially raised eye pressure is one of the most important issues ,and is how the disease was detected over the years ,now with digital technology we can assess the nerve (optic) for damage which is regarded as the main issue ,that is visual field loss.
    A cataract forms in the lens of the eye which is directly behind the pupil,it becomes cloudy so no light or images we see can reach the retina.
