What is the difference between a tension and cluster headache?

I tend to get headaches that are concentrated at the front of my head which is brought on my stress. Is this a cluster headache or a tension headache or something else?

The mission of Headache Australia is to reduce the incidence and impact of the headache disorder through the provision of community awareness and research. View Profile

Cluster headaches are characterised by sudden onset and last for 30 to 90 minutes in ‘sets’ of 3 or 4. The pain from these headaches is excruciating with pain throughout the head.
The onset of tension headaches is usually more gradual and the pain, while around the head in a “hat band” manner, is duller.
