I have tiny ear canals and my ears are itchy on the outside

I have tiny ear canals and my ears are itchy on the outside. I have been seeing an ENT specialist for more than 5 yrs. I still have the same symptoms. I have used a prescription medication for the itch and get a checkup every 3 months and get my ears vacuumed. How many more years do I need to get this done?

I have had a 2nd opinion from an ENT who told me to have an operation to widen my ear canal and fix the sump. Another person advised to use olive oil for the itch. I then had blocked ears.

Is there a cure for tinnitus? What are your thoughts on this situation?
