I'm a 30-year-old male. I have been diagnosed with high cholesterol, mild transaminases, gynecomastia and adiposity. I also have B12 deficiency and am a vegetarian.
What healthy food should I eat to overcome these? I wonder how I have fallen into this abyss despite being vegetarian?
