What do I do to help my daughter?

My daughter is 12 years old and has been previously diagnosed with ADHD, ODD and anxiety. I don’t believe she has ADHD but other issues. She is so angry and seems depressed. Her behaviours are getting worse at home and at school with multiple calls about her behaviour. She never sees what she does is wrong and never takes responsibility for her actions. You can hardly say anything to her without her getting defensive. I found a note about killing herself and she played this off as a joke. I have taken her to the doctors and to the psychologist but nothing is helping.
