My 13-year-old son has "high functioning" autism spectrum disorder. He doesn't sleep very well and says he's always tired. He is doing the exercise at appropriate times, not drinking caffeine, drinking milk before bed and not sleeping during the day, sleeping in a dark comfortable room and bed only used for sleep. Can someone help with other ideas?
