Experiencing symptoms of neurological problem and hair loss

Hoping for suggestions in regards to my 66-year-old active mother who is a professional jeweller. There has been a sudden downturn over 3-4 days 2 months ago with mild slurring, flushed face, shuffling gait and slightly unsteady on feet. ER said it's possibly transient ischaemic attack and referred her to a stroke physician. Over the next 3 weeks, she had daily episodes of lightheadedness and mild confusion around midday for 1-2 hours, sometimes returning at night. At other times she displays mild confusion and speech change (nasal sounding voice). Tests were clear: CT-Brain, MRI-B, echocardiogram, chest X-ray, delirium/bloods, carotid ultrasound, CT angiogram, passed 30/30 dementia test. Stroke physician said it's not transient ischaemic attack, maybe due to a virus. A month later, she has been experiencing milder symptoms but has some memory issues. She forgets some words, unable to cut gemstones properly and now losing hair. Medical conditions: high blood pressure, occasional pancreatitis, GORD (last 10 months), restless legs syndrome (last 4-5 months), insomnia (last 4-5 months), sleep apnoea, muscle cramps in legs (last 12 months) and major fillings all cracked this year.
