  • Q&A with Australian Health Practitioners

    Depression and relationships

My partner has broken up with me as he feels worthless, and non-deserving of me as I have purchased a home and building next year and he doesn't have the funds and unfortunately his financially unstable trying to find himself with right career and earn decent money for a good lifestyle. He has switched jobs 3 times in the past year trying to find himself. He feels like nothing gets better for him and feels likes he isn't treating me right and best to let me go. It hurts as I feel it's his depressed state of mind and I love him and want to be there for him but he doesn't love himself and feels he can't love me. I feel a psychologist will help. It's been a week. Would like advice. Thank you
