Hello,
I am doing research on 'What is the most effective way to prevent acute myocardial infarction?' and could you please tell me what you think is the most effective way to prevent a heart attack. If you say combinations of different prevention methods is the best that is fine but from the list of Exercising regularly / Not smoking / Having a healthy diet & Not stressing, which of these four do you think is the most effective to prevent a heart attack?
