15+ years urethral bleeding with or without sex. Always with erection

54 yo male. ~ 15 years ago, started bleeding during sex. GP diagnosed prostatitis. Continued 2-3 times a year for ~ 5 years. Antibiotic prescribed each time and abstain from sex for ~ 6weeks. Bleeding kept reoccurring. Referal to a urologist in Darwin. PSA and prostate size normal. Urethroscope done. No abnormalities found. Bleeding became more frequent and voluminous with sex and experiencing pain, discomfort and urine blockages from blood clots. Consulted urologist in Cairns and diagnosis after urethroscope was urethral venous malformations near sphincter muscle. Did not want to cauterise (laser) vessels as may cause incontinence. Instead "ruffed" up the area to create scar tissue. Successful for 12 months. Bleeding returned. Yet another urologist in Townsville investigated and cannot identify the cause. Now bleed with or without sex. Just an erection causes bleeding. Bleed during sex. Urination blockages from blood cots frequent. Pain, discomfort every bleed and clot passing. Help! Anyone?
