Working out, not losing weight
For the last two months I have been working out and eating healthy, I cut out processed foods, kept all healthy fats in my diet, and done strength training. I've been eating 35 percent carbs, 25 percent good fats, and 40 percent protein.The strength training is at home with no weights but, it is still intensive. I have a family history of hypothyroidism, and I'm assuming that is part of it, but I am not sure. Should I change my diet or exercise?
