    Wrist pain

I'm 19 and have had wrist pain in the pinky side of my wrists for about 2 years from gymnastics and cheerleading. Ever since I've known, I've had minor wrist soreness at training but 2 years ago during a few tough training sessions, I noticed progressively worse pain in the pinky finger side of each wrist. Over the course of the year, I would have periods of weeks with no pain, then other weeks where the pain was fairly bad whilst training. Generally, the pain would be much worse on one wrist at a time but would alternate from time to time. After having a 3-month holiday break I came back to training with no pain for about 2 months before it started again. However this time, I haven't had a break from pain since with my right wrist being worse at the start of the year, whilst now my left being worse. This hurts with any weight bearing and force driven movements as well as twisting movements associated with frequent cracking in my wrist. What are the resolution options for this sort of issue?
