Constant hard nose blowing needed.. but not a (booger) to be had

The CT scan says: There is a thin border of mucosal thickening in the left frontal sinus and soft tissue density at the anterior frontal recess and frontal sinus ostium. The left antrum has a polyp measuring7mm at the anterior lateral wall. Other sinuses were normal. 1. Do I need an ENT to remove these as getting worse? 2. My theory is after 59 years of very hard nose blowing I damaged the walls and built of scar tissue which now creates a constant (booger) like feeling 3. Getting to be a real bother. Thanks
