I am having a bit of back problem and I assume this is a pinched nerve (although the Physio I used to go to told me it's a facet joint sprain), it's located at lower trapezius between the bottom of my left shoulder blade and the spine. Often there's a tingling sensation or stiffness which goes to the upper shoulder, the neck and in the end causes me a headache.
Also if I stretch my chest, I can feel pain at my lower trapezius. It's like someone is sticking a finger there!
Is there anyone that has encountered this issue in the past and was able to fix it?
By the way, I've done a scan on my spine and couldn't find anything there.
