I suffer chronic migraines and just recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm always sensitive to light and sound and have been on and off lots of medication for migraines, but nothing hasn't worked - I still get 2 migraines a week while on a prevention. I'm very close to giving up and ending it all. Are there ways apart from medication that can help with being hypersensitive to light, sound and smells to try and prevent migraines without having to lock myself in my own home?
