Should I see ENT for blocked ears after sinus infection?

8 weeks ago I had a mild chest infection which then went to sinus infection. Both of these infections have cleared up with antibiotics. However I've been left with a feeling of fully blocked ears (have had syringed so no wax) sense of smell coming & going, fuzzy foggy head and the feeling of not being able to concentrate - this is the worst symptom. Because I've had this so long now, it's causing me anxiety. 10 years ago I was diagnosed labyrinthitis by an ENT doctor. Could it be this again, and if so, what is the best treatment?
