How can I get relief from spondylitisthesis symptoms?

I have a grade 2 anterolisthesis 18mm due to bilateral pars defects I have hip pain, low back pain, pelvic pain, buttocks pain, groin pain, leg pain and am currently seeing a physiotherapist and a chiropractor and have not felt any relief from pain also been doing hydro therapy pool twice a week. The symptoms began 4 months ago and I have not been working and have not been able to do much around the house. I find it uncomfortable to walk, stand or sit for long, sleeping is still ok but still have pains all over and it's scaring me so much. I have no idea what to do, I want to know how serious this condition is. On x Ray the result also said mild rotoscoliosis within lumbar convex to the left, not sure what that means. The physio and chiro I see think I was born with the spondylitis thesis and something has aggravated it now that I am 33 years old, which I also don't understand. I want to know what other treatment could help and if I need surgery or any other tests to find out if it is nerves?
