Overactive bladder due to brain injury - is there anything I can do?

I was hit by a car 9 years ago, when I woke from a coma I was fine but my bladder felt full constantly. It has been the same ever since. After years of trying pelvic floor exercises, self catheterization, botox surgery and bladder medications it is still mostly the same now. I'm getting a 12 week neurostimulation session, still failing at week 5. I've been told that cuts out what's planned next - the sacral nerve implant surgery. I'm desperate for an answer and my urologist doesn't seem to have any. Years of insomnia, going to the bathroom up to 20 times a day are having a large effect on my mental health.
