Tumor Ovarian - what are the treatment options?

My work friend is rapidly losing weight, she has a tumor on her ovary which has grown already 2 cm in 1 month. from 11cm to 13cm. She has been to see a specialist that has said she needs it removed immediately, she lives on her own and can not afford the 14K quote, the specialist does not operate publicly, she has been in hospital for the pain and they gave her a letter to take back to her doctor, but I am worried for her as she can not afford the surgery and I fear with her weight loss and the pain she is in she will not have the strength to keep functioning. -
