What can I do to manage constipation in an 8 month old who refuses fluids

Daughter has been constipated for one month, have increased fibrous foods like pear, apricots and adding water to her solids. She hasn't been drinking water much even though I offer it several times during her play time and feed time. She is now on formula for constipation but has dropped one entire bottle and is averaging less than 400 ml of fluids and about 300 of solids. I am giving her approx 20g of stewed prunes with her breakfast. She is not interested in drinking water or bottle in conjunction with solid feed or after. Is there another way to increase her fluid intake or any other suggestions?
