Whenever I wake up in the morning or sit on the couch, I generally have stiff and sore ankle joints until I take about 10 steps. Generally, I feel crouched over, as though the bones need to click into position, then it's ok to walk.
I stand on my feet all day and exercise regularly without an issue. It's mainly when I'm still for periods of time.
I'm not sure if I should see a physio/chiro and if a scan/X-ray is necessary.
