Hi poster! This sounds as though it could be an endocrine (hormonal) issue. Do you find you have to wake many times during the night to urinate? If so, it may be worth your while to visit your GP and ask for a blood sugar test. Needing to drink a lot and urinate often (polydipsia and polyuria) are common symptoms of diabetes, and the headaches may be related to improper glucose regulation in the body.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
