Can someone suggest some Crohn's-friendly snacks?

What are some things I can snack on at work that won't cause a flare up..

If you have Crohn's disease, I usually advise two different diets, depending on the degree of inflammation at the time.
If you are in remission, you should be eating as full a diet as possible, including a wide range of all foods to absorb the best nutrition.
However, if you are having a flare up, the diet is different. If it is at this time that you are asking about snacks for, then I would suggest cereal based snacks, such as rice cakes, or white toast with honey. I sugget you avoid anything with fibre in it at this time, so fruits and vegetables are not a good snack at this time….but you should enjoy them again as soon as the inflammation settles down.

I find bananas are good to snack on especially if I have had diarrhoea.
