  • Q&A with Australian Health Practitioners

What are the likely causes of headaches and blurred vision?

I often feel some pressure in the front side of my head coupled with blurred visions when ever I'm working on the computer.

Typically, I work all day on the computer but I often take 5-10 minutes break every 2-3 hour.

What do you think could be wrong with me?

Too many possibilities.  Being frontal pain and blurred vision one of the easiest causes to exclude is your vision.  I would suggest making an appointment with an optometrist first.
Your desk setup is also something quick and easy to adjust and can have immediate results.  Here is a link to an information sheet with advice on how to setup your workstation: http://www.fountaingatephysio.com.au/pdf/Office%20Ergonomics.pdf
Let me know how it goes.
