As you have had prophylactic laser surgery, your risk of going into acute angle closure has been reduced tenfold. Cabin pressure and air conditioning will not affect this. There is no particular brand of lubricant eye drop that is neccessarily better than another and there are 50+ brands on the market proving there is no one ‘better’ drop. Some people prefer long acting eye drops and some prefer shorter acting drops they can put in more frequently. You may need to experiment with a few brands to see which works best for you. There is nothing wrong with cheaper brands but the preference would be for brands with fewer additives if possible.
